Meet Our Focal Point Partners

Building stronger regional networks through partnerships that advance civil society and inclusive development across the Caribbean.

Regional collaboration

Civil society at the heart of Caribbean resilience

The Caribbean Policy Development Centre (CPDC) works in close collaboration with a network of Focal Point Partners across the region — including the Barbados Association of Non-Governmental Organisations, the Inter Agency Group of Development Organisations, and Volunteers United. These partnerships are central to advancing CPDC’s mission of strengthening civil society, fostering inclusive growth, and empowering communities throughout the Caribbean.

The GARD Center

The GARD Center provides vocational training and business advice to help vulnerable young people gain employable, technical and entrepreneurial skills to compete in a global work environment.

Eco-Balance Inc.

Eco-Balance Inc. strengthens grassroots organizations, farmers, women, youth and communities through environmental education, capacity building, resilience initiatives and practical development support.

Jamaica Rural Women Producers

Rural women producers have minimal access to agricultural resources and financing, and are deprived of recognition for their contributions to maintaining the economic stability of communities and the country.

Barbados Association of Non-Governmental Organisations (BANGO)

BANGO serves as the umbrella body for NGOs in Barbados, promoting collaboration, transparency, and capacity building among civil society actors. Through its advocacy and coordination efforts, BANGO plays a pivotal role in amplifying the voices of local organizations and influencing national and regional policy dialogues.
