Regional Collaboration for a Safer, Smarter Caribbean.
The Caribbean Policy Development Centre (CPDC) in partnership with Munich Climate Insurance Initiative (MCII) launched the Caribbean component of a project entitled "Multi-actor partnership for pro-poor & gender-equitable climate risk financing in the context of the InsuResilience Global Partnership" (MAPs).
CPDC is part of a consortium of NGOs led by CARE Deutschland and funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). This hub was developed to provide Civil Society Organisations, Academia, Government and Private sector with online learning materials and resources pertaining to Climate Disaster Risk and Finance Insurance.
Additionally, the hub contains information on project implementing partners and Caribbean stakeholders who are signatories to the MAPs, working across Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados, Dominica, Grenada, and Jamaica.

The Risk Resilience Hub is a comprehensive initiative by the Caribbean Policy Development Centre (CPDC) designed to strengthen the capacity of civil society organizations, community groups, and stakeholders across the Caribbean region in understanding and implementing climate and disaster risk financing and insurance (CDRFI) mechanisms.

MAPS (Multidimensional Approach to Poverty and Sustainability) signatories commit to advocating for comprehensive approaches to sustainable development in the Caribbean.
